Eligibility for a Refund

A refund may be issued only if all the following conditions are met:

  • The refund request is made within 14 days of the transaction date.
  • The reason for the refund is valid as per our policy.

Valid Reasons for a Refund

  • You received a blank report with no data.
  • You were charged twice for the same report.

Invalid Reasons for a Refund

  • Report errors (The data is obtained from third-party databases and is provided "as is").
  • Incomplete report (Available information about a vehicle may vary).
  • Report delay (Delays in report generation or delivery).

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please email info@allvincheck.com with the following details:

  • Subject: Refund Request
  • Your email address
  • Vehicle VIN (for which the report was generated)
  • Reason for the refund
  • Your first and last name
  • Date of purchase
  • Payment method
  • PayPal transaction ID or last 4 digits of your credit/debit card

Refund Processing

  • Processing Time: We will review your refund request within 10 business days (or sooner if possible) and respond accordingly.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed via the original payment method, unless technical reasons prevent this.
